Warm-Smoked Reindeer
Warm-smoked reindeer brings the aroma of campfires and open flames to your table.
Boneless reindeer meat is salted and cooked, but it is also prepared whole, such as roasts, shoulder cuts, or even an entire reindeer!
Available as a stick, chunk, roast, or shredded. Naturally smoked and steam-cooked for rich flavor.

Reindeer sausage
The meaty and hearty reindeer sausage from Raattama packs a punch!
Many have fallen in love with the meaty sausage, which tastes best during a leisurely break on a skiing trip, prepared by the gentle glow of a campfire. This is a slightly spicier culinary journey to the fells.

Sauteéd reindeer
Sauteéd reindeer might be one one of the oldest ways to prepare reindeer.
Now we take care of the carving for you; your task is to quickly sauté the slices in butter and reindeer fat on a reasonably hot pan, then simmer them gently under a lid until tender. The taste will captivate your senses.
Available in shoulder joint and rump joint varieties.

Reindeer Meat
We divide the meat into portion packages, fillets and joints are available frozen.
The most convenient meat for the pan is reindeer roast steak, which only needs salt for seasoning. Of course, many marinades and spices can be used for variety, as long as they don’t overpower the delicate flavor of the reindeer. We also offer tenderloin and outside fillets, bone-in soup meats, and shanks.
For dogs, we have bones and boneless treats too!

Reindeer Blood pudding
Reindeer blood pudding is just like mother used to make!
This all-natural reindeer blood pudding gets its gentle flavor from real reindeer blood and fat. When you slice it and fry it in butter for a moment on both sides, you’ll wish you had already boiled some potatoes! It’s hard to resist tasting it right away…
